So recently I visited Rush in Birmingham, Rush is a trampoline park that has various different activities including an assault course, total wipe out court and trapeze. It was a lot of fun and helped me relieve a bit of stress as I was focusing more on bouncing around and not collapsing in a sweaty heap rather than all the things that have been bothering me recently.
It was a really fun experience and definitely something i’d recommend you try out, even if it is the once. Trampoline parks are becoming a bigger thing now and they seem to be popping up all over the UK. So it wasn’t as expensive as I was expecting which was good, I paid £10.50 for a 60 minute student ticket and a pair of rush socks (that you need to purchase to use the trampolines).
The only thing was that because we went in summer holidays it was a little crazy and full of children but still it’s a large place so there was enough room for everyone to use the facilities. You can opt for 20/60 or 120 minutes, the prices vary depending on this. 60 minutes was a bit long for me though, I won’t lie it just made me realise just how unfit I am. After about 30 minutes I was covered in sweat and very hot but I powered through trying to make the most of my 60 minutes.
There’s a section where you can bounce and play dodge ball with one another which was really fun (even though I can’t throw a ball to save my life).
It was very fun and actually can be a bit of a workout as you build up a sweat with all the jumping and running around. It was a fun experience that was a little bit different to the usual, great if you want to let off a bit of steam or if you just want to let out your inner kid.
Hope you enjoyed reading this post.
Would love to hear what you thought, would you ever go to a trampoline park or have you been before?
Have a lovely day.
Side note : I didn’t get a chance to post my Movie Magic post yesterday as I had some trouble coming back from Birmingham and wasn’t feeling too great. I was going to post it today but after a lot of umm-ing and ahh-ing I decided I wasn’t too keen on it. I’m considering maybe making it a fortnightly thing rather than every week but I’m not sure yet. I’d love to hear what you think, do you think I should do it every two weeks to make room for some different sorts of posts? Feeling a bit lost at the moment and not sure what direction I want to go in.
