So today is my 22nd birthday and I’m feeling pretty excited about it. I thought this would be a fun post and give me a chance to reflect on my year. This year has seemed to fly by but I’ve made some amazing memories.
Even though I realised teaching wasn’t what I wanted to do, I was super proud of myself. I made a grown up decision and I made it through.
I watched the Lion King show in London.
It was so spectacular and I absolutely loved it. (The whole trip was amazing).
I started my blog.
Even though I was super nervous at first I took the plunge and created my blog.
I got glasses.
I could actually see clearly for the first time in a while (aye).
I met the love of my life
This is Mozzarella.
I went to a zoo and sneakily fed some ducks.
Had such a fun time wandering around the zoo and enjoying our picnic of halloumi and falafels.
I made a duck friend.
I practised my makeup skills.
I actually went on some rides when I went to Drayton Manor.
I’m super scared of rides but I managed to suck it up and go on a few (even if I did scream on the pirate ship the whole time). May have spent nearly the whole day on the rapids but it was so so fun.
I tried out a lot of new restaurants (and gained some favourites).
Is there anything better than good food?
I visited New York City.
New York was always my dream destination to visit – getting to see it in real life was absolutely amazing.
Had some really fun nights out.
Had a fabulous time making cocktails at a cocktail masterclass.
Mastered the art of day drinking.
Continued on my obsession with fancy dress.
Had my first holiday with my boyfriend.
I went to London Comic Con.
Had a fabulous time and a really cool costume.
